Payment

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD on all purchases.

Lobsters are delivered next-day air if ordered by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time zone, and they will be delivered on the next business day. Saturday delivery is not available for all locations. Holidays or severe weather conditions may at times affect our delivery schedule. Couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. Make sure someone is present at the destination to receive your package from the courier. Live Lobsters left outside or improperly handled may not survive. Please indicate, when placing an order, when you would like your lobster delivered if overnight is too soon. Shipments are insured and we take pride in our integrity and respect our customers, but if the delivery is successful, we reserve the right to refuse refunds.

Packaging

Our Live Lobsters are packed fresh with icy-cold gel packs in Styrofoam coolers. These containers provide temperature protection for your lobster until they reach their destination. Coolers are then packed in boxes, then shipped overnight to ensure freshness.

Live Lobster Handling

Your lobster is better eaten on the day of delivery. Unpack your lobsters and place in refrigerator and cover with a damp cloth or newspaper until cooking. Lobster will live for 12-24 hours in this environment. Do not immerse lobster in fresh water or allow sitting in melted ice. Do not remove wooden pegs or rubber bands until after lobsters have been cooked. Cooked lobster may also be kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or 5 degrees C for up to two days.
